Smoke & Stretch

Smoke and Stretch combines the benefits of yoga with the relaxing properties of cannabis. 

Prior to our stretch, you’ll have 30 minutes to smoke  and socialize with other baddies. Flower for this class provided by West Coast Meds, (a Black owned Dispensary on Detroit's westside).

Promptly at 2:30, Yoga will begin. The stretch is led by Shay, who will guide us through a gentle flow of movements and breathing exercises. This is suitable for all levels.   

Doors lock once Yoga begins (2:30 pm), please be mindful.

Tickets are Non-Refundable, but can be transferred.
